Critical Incident Response Program

Critical Incident Response Led By Sgt. Gabe Lira

If your department has a critical incident (on-duty traumatic event, line of duty death, suicide, etc.), make one phone call and the psychological services needed for your employees will be taken care of.

Retired Police Sergeant, Gabe Lira is the Director of the Southern California Regional Peer Support Team. He will assess the needs for each particular incident and with his expertise and vast breadth of resources, your agency will receive a premium standard of psychological care.

Our services include: culturally competent, licensed, and board-certified police and public safety clinicians, peer support counselors, chaplains, therapy dogs, and volunteers. Your department would receive individual and/or group psychological debriefings, follow up care with our clinicians, peer support, support dogs, and food/water/coffee brought to the station around the clock for a number of days.
